Submit an event to RMCVB
Post events, exhibit openings and happenings here. Please keep in mind the
following event approval guidelines when submitting events to appear on the
www.visit.richmond.com calendar.

All events must take place within the Richmond Region, which comprises the
counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and New Kent and the city of
Richmond.

Events must appeal to visitors and be practical for visitors to attend. (i.e.
events for local groups such as the Boy Scouts are not appropriate.)

Event entries must include title, date, location, time, cost (if any), and a
description--including contact info for more information--of no more than 450
characters. Please include the time of the event in the description, not in the
date information.

RMCVB reserves the right to edit or reject any event for any reason.
